We didn't have time, so that's why we would stay here again without hesitation.

All in all marvellous and absolutely perfect setting not far from bus stop and places to eat and to see Green Iguana Sanctuary as well as a lot tourist-oriented shops, tour groups, and great restaurants. Also, on Burns avenue. Incredibly nice breakfast to star a day with coffee & cereal and toast and fruit.

Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cahal Pech Archaeological Reserve was marvellous and unbeatable.

When I am in San Ignacio, I like staying here. The hotel is terrific and fairly clean, everything is nice. The location is favourable and excellent, 1 mile from Cahal Pech Archaeological Reserve. A bus stop is minute away from this property. The venue has well-equipped rooms with clean bathroom with hot water and showers, as for instance and fairly friendly staff.

The breakfast is nice with coffee & cereal, fruit, jam, has everything you need;)))

Came in San Ignacio to relax and have fun, this small hotel was ideal place for doing it. The location was favourable and the staff was very kind during the whole stay! There was a good restaurant, an outdoor market and a market next door.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and tour companies. We didn't have to go far to find something to do or somewhere to eat. Plus, the room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were big and cozy, and we slept really well during our stay.

It was very basic and the options ran out quickly, especially when there were many tour groups staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to have a more substantial breakfast to start our day.

Cheap food, good-sized and well-equipped room with cable TV, clean sheets and showers. Location adjacent to the main square where public busses stop, and the central area of town...

We had a great time at Venus Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Abraham at the reception. We loved the balcony overlooking the city and jungle, it was the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and base for visiting the area.

One drawback was the lack of amenities in the room. There was no place to hang a jacket or store clothes, which made it a bit inconvenient.

The value for money at Venus Hotel was great, with clean and basic rooms and a bonus of using the swimming pool at their sister hotel. The location in the center of town was convenient, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and laid back.

We had an amazing Christmas stay! The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and allowed us to check in early. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with the added bonus of a fridge. We also loved the fact that they offered a continental breakfast every morning.

The small and cramped bathroom. There was no space to put our toiletries and the lack of a shower curtain resulted in a soaked floor.
